Mindful Eating
Food is an important part of your wellness journey. During the retreat you will enjoy delicious healthy
meals and juices. Our certified nutritionist will educate you on Mindful Eating which includes the thoughts
and feelings we have before, during and after eating and relationship with food and eating.

Spa Treatment
We believe a full body massage has both physical and psychological benefits. The main physical benefits of massage include less tightness and soreness in muscles but also decrease blood pressure, improving blood circulation, enhancing oxygen levels in the blood, and promoting normal immune system function. We offer a full body massage experience at a discounted rate at the chosen resort with use of sauna, jacuzzi and steam facilities for your complete rejuvenation.

Pranayama
Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. During the retreat, you will learn and practice the breathing exercises and patterns. The goal of pranayama is to strengthen the connection between your body and mind. According to research, pranayama can promote relaxation and mindfulness. It's also proven to support multiple aspects of physical health, including lung function, blood pressure, and brain function.

Ecstatic Dance Meditation
Dancing releases endorphins which make you feel happy and ecstatic. Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in
which you will follow your own movement, abandon yourself to the rhythm and move freely. It is self
expression through movement and helps you to gain self confidence and releases anxiety and depression.
